HealthPoint Communications employs elements of formative, ethnographic and survey research to identify the
information needs, interests and concerns of diverse, language-minority populations. It has honed this data-gathering process for the past 15 years to develop rich and unique insights about cognitive and affective impediments to effective health communication and inform strategies to overcome them. HealthPoint Communications provides a range of contract research services to health-related projects, including focus groups, key informant interviews, ethnographic observation and specialty survey research with diverse populations in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Hmong.
